Help train our care teams close to home

Boundary Trails Health Centre is a teaching hospital, working with university medical programs to train the next generation of doctors, nurses, and other care providers. With the new Community Services Building addition opening in Spring 2026, we’re getting ready to equip its hands‑on hospital training room with advanced mom & baby, child, and adult training mannequins. This Giving Tuesday, your gift helps learners and care teams practice real‑life scenarios in a safe, mock hospital room so they’re better prepared when local patients and families need them most.
Thank you for supporting leading-edge healthcare in our communities.

BTHC Foundation Connects with Manitoba Angel Dresses

The BTHC Foundation was honoured to help bring the Boundary Trails Health Centre Obstetrics team together with Manitoba Angel Dresses and accept the donation of a CuddleCot. BTHC was one of four facilities to receive this gift, funded by Manitoba Angel Dresses’ calendar sales.
A CuddleCot is a special cooling system that gives parents the time and dignity they need during those first tender hours. It allows grieving families more time with their little one, supporting memory-making and important moments that aid in grief and healing.
Manitoba Angel Dresses is a nonprofit organization, providing hand-sewn angel outfits to families experiencing infant loss. Thank you for supporting our families during their loss.
